- This website is operated by Proshape EMS. By using our site and services, you agree to the terms, conditions, and policies outlined here. These apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of these terms.
1. Online Store Terms
- You must be of legal age in your area to use this site. You agree not to use our products or services for any illegal purposes. Violations may result in termination of services.
2. General Conditions
- We reserve the right to refuse service at any time. Your content (excluding credit card details) may be transferred across networks unencrypted. Reproducing or exploiting any part of the service is prohibited without our written consent.
3. Accuracy of Information
- We are not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information on the site. It is your responsibility to stay updated.
4. Modifications to Service and Prices
- Prices and services may change without notice. We are not liable for modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of our services.
Certain services or packages are subject to availability & refunds are governed by our policy. Bundles and promotional products are final sale.
5. Studio Commitments
- Pro Shape EMS Studio commits to delivering the agreed service type, price/value, and number of sessions stated in the contract.
- Applying all safety and security standards while providing the service
- The Studio commits to its announced working hours. If hours change, the client will be notified at least 48 hours in advance, except in emergencies where the Studio may take the necessary action without prior client approval.
- Management has the right to assign the appropriate coach/trainer based on operational needs, and the client has no right to object.
6. Client Commitments
- The client must book the next session immediately after finishing the current session through reception or by contacting the Studio in advance to reserve a slot.
- The client bears full responsibility for any breakage or damage to training equipment caused by misuse, including repair costs and any applicable fees.

The client acknowledges responsibility for accurately disclosing their medical condition. The Studio is not liable for any harm resulting from withholding health information (whether within the last 24 hours or in general).
7. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
- Late arrival: The session is cancelled if the client is more than 10 minutes late. The client may be asked to wait for the next slot or nearest available time, or reschedule to another day.
- Cancellation: The client must notify the Studio 24–48 hours before the appointment; otherwise, the session will be deducted from the package.

No-show: The Studio has the right to cancel the client’s future appointments if the client misses more than two sessions without prior notice, as this leads to “ghost bookings” and blocks availability.
8. Memberships & Payments
- Each package has a fixed validity period that cannot be changed or extended under any circumstances.
- The Studio has the right to automatically cancel the client’s membership if remaining dues are not paid within a maximum of 20 days.
9. Refund Policy

As a general rule, memberships are non-refundable. However, the Studio may allow transferring remaining sessions to a family member or friend, provided management is informed in advance.

Medical exception: Membership cancellation is permitted only for medical reasons by submitting a written request. If approved, the Studio will deduct the used sessions at the single-session rate, plus InBody fees and nutrition/diet plan fees. The remaining amount will be refunded within 4 weeks.
10. Complaints & Feedback

The client may submit complaints or feedback regarding staff performance or the Studio via email, WhatsApp, or the Feedback Sheet.

Management will review the complaint within two business days and may accept or reject it. The client will be notified through the same channels.
11. Optional Tools & Third-Party Links
- We may offer third-party tools or links for convenience. Use these at your own risk; we are not liable for third-party content or tools.
12. User Feedback & Comments
- Any content you submit may be used by us without obligation. You agree that your comments won't violate any laws or third-party rights.
13. Personal Information
- Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
14. Prohibited Uses
- You are prohibited from using the site for unlawful activities, harassment, spreading viruses, or violating intellectual property.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
- We provide our services “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages, including lost profits or data, arising from the use of our services.
16. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold Proshape EMS harmless from any claims or damages due to your breach of these terms.
17. Severability
- If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.
18. Termination
- These terms are effective until terminated by you or us. Breach of any terms may result in immediate termination.
19. Entire Agreement
- These terms and any related policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Proshape EMS.
20. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
21. Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
22. Warnings
- These exercises are prohibited for: pregnant women, heart patients, patients with viral hepatitis / Hepatitis C, patients with epilepsy or tremors, anyone with any type of abnormal electrical impulses, patients with kidney diseases, and patients with tumors or cancer.
