Refund Policy

  • As a general rule, memberships are non-refundable. However, the studio may allow transferring remaining sessions to a family member or friend, provided management is informed in advance.

  • Medical exception: Membership cancellation is permitted only for medical reasons by submitting a written request plus all documents and reviewed within 7 working days. 
    If approved, the studio will deduct the used sessions at the single-session rate, plus InBody fees and nutrition/diet plan fees.
    The remaining amount will be refunded within 4 weeks after approval.

Refund Methods & Notes

  • Approved refunds are issued for the same amount paid, after deducting any applicable costs mentioned above (if relevant).
  • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash payments will be refunded via:
    bank transferwallet transfer, or store credit / gift card (based on customer preference).
  • POS offline payments will be refunded to same card offline at the studio
  • Gift card payments are refundable as gift card / store credit only.
  • Refunds may take 14 days after approval to reflect in your account depending on bank or wallet processing times.
